At Instacars365, we strive to provide a seamless experience to our customers. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you may need to cancel an order or request a refund. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.
1. Cancellation Policy

1.1. Vehicle Orders

  • Cancellation Before Delivery: Customers can cancel their vehicle orders at any time before the vehicle has been delivered. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
  • Cancellation After Delivery: Once a vehicle has been delivered, cancellations are not permitted. Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the vehicle at the time of delivery to ensure it meets their expectations.

1.2. Services and Appointments

  • Service Appointments: Cancellations for service appointments can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Test Drives: Cancellations for scheduled test drives should be made at least 4 hours in advance.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Vehicle Orders

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds for vehicle orders will only be issued if the cancellation request is made before the vehicle has been delivered. Once the vehicle has been delivered, the sale is considered final, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the cancellation request. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

2.2. Services and Appointments

  • Service Cancellations: If a service appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours, a partial refund may be provided after deducting the cancellation fee.
  • Test Drive Cancellations: No fee is charged for cancellations made 4 hours prior to the scheduled test drive. Cancellations made less than 4 hours in advance may result in a non-refundable fee.

3. Refund Exceptions

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Any fees incurred during the purchasing process, such as registration fees, taxes, or administrative fees, are non-refundable.
  • Damage or Misuse: Refunds are not available for vehicles or services if there has been any misuse, damage, or unauthorized modification to the vehicle or service provided.
